Since August 2022, Coval DMCC has strategically allocated investments towards an Alluvial diamond project situated 145km South of Saurimo, Angola. This initiative represents a green fields endeavor, encompassing a substantial 1641 square km of diamond concession area. In collaboration with a local partner and structural support from Treatal.

Noteworthy accomplishments include the establishment of a temporary base camp, the construction of a 50km access road and initial testing of gravel. Furthermore, a meticulously planned and executed operation saw the successful transportation of the wash plant from the camp to the designated site for commissioning, demonstrating our commitment to operational efficiency and project timeline adherence.

In alignment with industry best practices, the identification of pitting areas crucial for bulk sampling was conducted under the guidance of a qualified geologist, ensuring the success of subsequent exploration phases.

In September 2023, a dedicated team with specialized expertise was dispatched to the project site to conduct a comprehensive evaluation of the equipment deployed. This meticulous assessment yielded invaluable insights, pinpointing specific improvements necessary to advance seamlessly in alignment with our prospecting plans for 2024.Anticipating the upcoming year, 2024, we eagerly anticipate the commencement of our prospecting initiatives as a pivotal step toward realizing our production goals. Strategic consideration is being given to the acquisition of additional equipment, chosen to augment project capabilities and bolster overall operational efficiency. This strategic approach is geared towards optimizing the project's trajectory and ensuring sustainable success.
